The Center is located west of 25th Avenue just north of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290)
REGISTRATION FEE:   $20.00 Cash/Money Order (NO CHECKS) Non-Refundable

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 17 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License at the time of indenture
  • Pass a Physical Examination and Drug Test upon notification
  • Successfully complete an Aptitude Test
 
The following must be brought at the time of application:
  • Identification with photo (i.e.) Driver's License
  • Photocopy of High School Diploma, G.E.D. Certificate of Equivalent Certified
  • Birth Certificate (no copies accepted!)
  • Photocopy of DD214 (Armed Forces Discharge) if applicable
  • Official translation for any of the above-listed documents that are not in English
